A leader the petcare market is looking to recruit a category controller to join the team. I have been recruiting for this business for several years, and have placed this role before. It reports into the board, and is highly visible in the business. It is a proven path for a talented category controller to make their way to director or board level!

Leading a team of 7 category managers, you will develop compelling category arguments, grounded in consumer and shopper insight, that will allow your team to win in the retail space (top 4 are a big focus). 

We require the following:

1. Excellent commercial acument - you may have spent time as a NAM of commercial manager

2. Leadership potential - coaching, mentoring and developing the team is a key part of the role

3. Excellent analytical ability - you will ground everything you do from consumer understanding.
