As part of our overall growth strategy Gardman is up-weighting its commercial resource to accelerate its growth. This follows the announcement earlier in the year of more investment in the business and a decision to move our warehousing, showroom and logistics operations to the Daventry in Northamptonshire. The Head office in Peterborough is the hub for the Commercial and Marketing team.

Brand Marketers, Peterborough. Basic depending on experience

We are looking for candidates to work within our Marketing and Trade Marketing teams. Have you got a passion for growth and product innovation and above all making things happen?
Have you always wanted to take control of a brand, design the range and deliver products that consumers buy and love? This could the job you've been looking for.

This job focuses on identifying, developing, sourcing and delivering a product range that carries the brands message and appeals to the consumer.
This will be done by analysing the market, designing the brand image around the pertinent needs of the consumer. Working with and be supported by commercial and sourcing teams to design and import products from a variety of sources. Being commercial enough to manage your costs and deliver ranges to budget.

We are looking for brand owners. Marketers who care about their brand and takes an active role in the development of the brand.
Sourcing experience is a must and may include a variety of sourcing locations but must include the Far-East.
Innovation and development experience must be demonstrable.
Excellent business skills, financial understanding and a commercial focus.
Experience in the industry would be a benefit but is not essential.
Must be looking for a role that will include occasional travel but the role is office based.
