Do you want to work for an innovative organic confectionary brand?

Since its launch in 2010 my client has brightened up the domain of organic, gluten and dairy free confectionery with its clever branding. Aimed towards children and adults the business has developed a range of healthy confectionery alternatives which have led to its unrivalled growth over the last 7 years. Their products are currently listed in Health Food stores, Wholesalers, as well as a strong presence in supermarkets such as Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Asda and Holland & Barret. They are now looking for a Key Account Manager to manage key relationships with their customers.

 

Reporting into the founders of the business you will be responsible for:

  • Account Management of key accounts including Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Asda and Holland & Barret
  • Upselling the business’s current range into accounts
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts
  • Meeting with buyers and discussing new product listings

The ideal candidate for the role will currently be in an Account Executive / Manager / Key Account Manager position. Account management and relationship building are core to the role so you will be currently operating at a head office level. Experience in the food industry would be preferred.

The role can be office based in either Reading or Devon. Package includes a competitive salary, company car, private medical care, pension and bonus.
