Senior National Controller
We are pleased to partnering with another of our high profile FMCG clients helping them to identify high performing Senior National Account Managers or Controllers from wholesale and foodservice.
My client is a medium sized European food business which a high performing product range which is well established in grocery, but there is a huge opportunity waiting in wholesale and foodservice for the right person to come and exploit.
The role will involve managing the existing customer base in the afore-mentioned channel, and then using business development skills to open up new accounts. You will be asked to manage all aspects of the customer relationship, design an effective annual customer development plan, and ultimately grow the business and profitability within the accounts. You will be looking after both branded and customer own brand business, and looking to achieve these targets by developing existing business, winning new business through incremental listings and extending distribution. We are looking for someone who is either an SNAM or Controllers keen to make the next step into a more autonomous role. The ideal candidate will be a natural account manager with a talent for business development. You will be driven to succeed in your career, understand wholesale and Foodservice and enjoy winning business. This position will offer the opportunity to work closely with the key decision makers at a senior leadership level, and due to the growth and current size of the business, the opportunity for promotion and progression is genuine.
