National Account Manager / Top 4 / Branded Food Manufacturer / £45,000 - £55,000 + Package

My client is a branded chilled and frozen food manufacturer based in the North West looking for an experienced National Account Manager to join their team and to be responsible for the major mults in the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ever growing company. This position is based out of the office with regular customer visits.

The Role:

• Manage and develop existing accounts
• Be active in looking at new opportunities and securing new listings within the accounts
• Target new business and manage this process to meet annual sales and budgets
• Management of promotional and NPD activity
• Work on JBPs with other company departments and senior management
• P&L accountability
• Work cross-functionally internally to understand total business model and fulfil customer requirements

The candidate:

• Experienced in supplying major multiple grocers and a comprehensive knowledge of the frozen and/or chilled category
• Competent negotiator
• Good branded experience
• Ability to build credible relationships with buyers
• Experience with P&L responsibility and JBPs

£45,000 - £55,000 + package
