Category Controller – Grocery

We are currently recruiting a unique opportunity working with an instantly recognizable FMCG Supplier, to take responsibility for their Category Management Function. 

As Category Controller you will be responsible for a Grocery Category Management team, in a purely strategic role which will see you taking responsibility for developing a step changing, category strategy to ensure they build on their Award Winning, Objective, and Category Captaincy relationships with all major UK Retailers, whilst also ensuring continued growth in emerging markets.

The successfully candidate will be Blue Chip trained and currently operating in a fast paced branded environment, with experience managing 2 tier teams, at a strategic level and developing category strategies. You will have an expert understanding of continuous data such as Nielsen, Kantar and IRI and be able to demonstrate expert analytical and strategic thinking.
