JOB PROFILE: Finance Administrator
Temporary FTC - around 3 months.

Purpose Statement

  • To provide support to the regional finance team through the management of rebates and other margin impacting activity and supporting in the accurate reporting and detailed analysis of costs.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring accuracy of rebates; set up, recording, accruals and settlement.
  • Authorisation of pricing queries.
  • Monthend overhead cost support
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal customers for finance related queries.
  • Support in the production of ad-hoc reports/presentations as required to drive business results.

Essential:

  • The candidate should be entry level AAT
  • Commercial awareness

Desirable:
Experience and understanding of the foodservice industry
Knowledge of SAP/BW reporting systems
