CSG Talent has a Brand Manager opportunity to manage a portfolio of top performing iconic brands and some of the most well-known brands within food. They have recently benefitted from significant investment in those brands and are looking to further capitalise on this growth. This role is to be based in Central London and will report to the Marketing Director. We are looking for strategic, commercially astute and passionate Marketing individuals who are looking to step change their careers through ambition and a passion for brands.

What’s the role?

You will develop and deliver the brand strategy for your portfolio of brands.

You will be the driving force behind the strategy and health of the portfolio incorporating innovation and the development of campaigns.

You’ll create the annual brand plans that are geared towards profitable growth, volume, distribution and share.

You will manage the day to day relationship with your external agencies.

You will have experience of creating and applying insights into brand strategy.

You’ll create the monthly brand reports.

Who’s right for this role?

The ideal candidate will be a Brand Manager with experience within FMCG.

You will have a degree and perhaps an appropriate Marketing qualification.

Strong commercial acumen and a high level of strategic thinking are really important as are your communication skills.

You will be able to build and maintain strong cross functional relationships.

You can act with pace, passion and be highly creative.
