Junior Account Manager | Fresh Produce | Lincolnshire

We are working with a fresh produce supplier based in Lincolnshire recruiting for an experienced Junior Sales and Account Manager. This is a company with a varied customer base supplying across the food industry.

The Role

We are seeking a candidate with experience selling to and managing accounts in this market. You will have experience contributing to the growth of accounts and be looking to take on the responsibility for growing and developing your own customer base.

The Candidate

We are looking for candidates with good customer relationship skills, you must be able to provide examples of managing customer expectations and developing accounts.
Fresh produce experience would be ideal but we are open minded on candidates from short shelf life backgrounds.
An understanding of the difference in supplying to food manufacturers and retailers would be beneficial.
You must be a natural communicator with a competitive drive.
Good IT skills are a must with a preference for advanced Excel skills.
You will ideally have 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
This could have been developed as a Junior Account Manager, Junior Sales Exec, Account Manager, Sales Executive, Customer Relationship Manager, Account Exec, Account Analyst.
