Business Unit Controller opportunity with a global FMCG business.

Description

This is a high visibility role with a scope to develop and implement strategy in one of the channels identified as a high growth area. With a sizeable P&L and a large team of direct and indirect reports, this is a great opportunity to develop your career outside of grocery channel.

Profile

I am keen to speak to ambitious National Accounts Controllers or Business Unit Controllers, who are looking to accelerate their career in a large organisation. Ideally you have experience across different channels (RTM would be of particular interest), have experience of managing several direct reports of different capabilities, have ability/track record of setting up a strategy either for a channel or a sizeable account.

You are driven by success of your performance and performance of your team, you are able to take calculated risks and challenge a status quo.

You need to be able to get to the office 3-4 times a week, therefore Berkshire, Surrey, West London or M4 corridor location is preferred.
