We are recruiting an Online Key Account Manager for a Pet Speciality focused company based just outside of Salisbury, Wiltshire, UK.

This is a newly created position and you will be responsible for increasing sales to assigned accounts both in the UK and Europe by managing customer relationship’s, building our clients on-line brand presence and range offering.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

•    Present and sell company products to current and potential customers taking accountability for the orders from receipt through to delivery

•    Prepare and implement presentations, proposals and action plans to achieve goals

•    Continually develop personal product knowledge and educate retailers accordingly 

•    Represent the company at Trade Exhibitions and Customer Events

•    Identify and resolve customer concerns

•    Ensure company sales goals are met within agreed expenditure 

 

Requirements:

Have experience of working with Amazon or similar online retailers; this is essential

Be able to speak fluent English, plus one other language fluently

Be able to build strong relationships

Have highly developed computer, web and on-line technical skills 

Have several years’ sales experience (within the pet trade would be desirable)

Be educated to degree level or similar

Be prepared to work from the European Office and Distribution Centre located just outside of Salisbury, Wiltshire 

Competitive salary dependent upon experience and qualification, plus bonus, plus pension, plus private healthcare  

This role may also suit someone who has previously worked as an Online Marketer
