SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER, LONDON
Interim
Our client is a well known, highly successful, independent family brewer in London and they are looking for an experienced interim sales person for an 18 month period.
The role:
- A pivotal position in the beer sales team
- Business planning, running and developing sales operations and processes
- Driving monthly reporting
- Responsible for the Customer Service team and motivating them to continually improve performance
- Accountable for improving pricing and owning the processes
- Liaise internally with relevant teams
Candidate criteria:
- Preferably both on and off trade fields sales and national accounts experience in the drinks industry
- Good grasp of systems, data and reporting
- High level of numeracy
- Good interpersonal and influencing skills
- Team player
- Highly organised
