Digital Content & CRM Specialist

The company is a market leader in the FMCG industry and is looking for a Digital Content & CRM Specialist to establish a CRM program to drive brand loyalty and brand equity. 

Primary responsibilities: 

  • Be an internal expert on CRM methodologies, strategy, best practices, and activities
  • Work together with the Digital Marketing Manager to further develop CRM strategy 
  • Drive the execution of email campaigns, including scheduling, messaging, testing/optimization, and generating analysis/key insights 
  • Ensure the company are driving the best possible email program; includes automating manual processes, data segmentation, list development, triggered / Lifecycle Marketing campaigns, and eCRM tool optimization. 
  • Lead education of relevant cross-functional teams and local marketing teams on CRM strategy, tools and practices 
  • Finding innovative and exciting ways to deliver content

The successful candidate: 

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record in CRM in a consumer branded business
  • Good awareness of web best practice and innovation, and ability to explain and champion best practice. 
  • Knowledge of email deployment and coding best practices; working knowledge of HTML and Adobe creative suite is a plus. 
  • Experience in content development 
  • Highly analytical.
