Your unrivalled strategic thinking and business development approach will direct and shape the performance of 100 strong team. Influencing colleagues at the most senior levels, you will improve and uphold clear standards of performance consistency, implementing measurement metrics that optimise the B2B sales cycle. Utilising your experience of invigorating and mobilising large teams you will put field sales back on the agenda in line with the turnaround of the brand and the new business growth objectives. This is a people challenge of enormous proportions and will test even the best-in-class.
To qualify you will have proven ability to creatively build and execute a sales vision and strategy. Your sales track record, preferably in B2B, will be certain, coupled with a delivery background including selling new business deals totalling £multi-million.
