The areas to be covered will be: South
Summary: Accountable for the smooth running of 5 Southern based Van Sales Depots
The key accountabilities and responsibilities of this role are:
Overseeing the day-to-day Operation for all Depots
Maintaining Health & Safety Standards
Ensuring all Journeys are fully maned and ran efficiently
Maximising Sales through all Depots
Key skills will include:
Journey & Demand planning
Strong operations background
The ability to work calmly under pressure
Strong relationship builder
Strong influencing skills
Strong communication skills
Spearheading cross-functional ways of working with Group colleagues
Enthusiastic with a can do attitude
P&L knowledge
Sales experience and knowledge of Sales processes
Key Measurements:
Sales to Budget against Last Years performance by Depot
P&L to Budget against Last Years performance by Depot
The ideal candidate will have managed multi sites and have a experience in route management and MT compliance as well as managing and motivating teams. With this role looking after 6 Depots including :
Grantham
Tamworth
Reading
Eastleigh
Portbury
Woolwich
