Senior National Account Manager – Competitive Salary + Package – Home based – London South East
Our client is an incredibly exciting and unique business, who has gone from strength to strength, winning several awards over the past 10 years, for their creative and innovative product range. This branded business has built up some great relationships with their premium branding standing proud in some of the world’s most iconic, premium, department stores. They are currently looking to recruit a Senior National Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with premium retailers as well as department stores, throughout the UK.
As a Senior National Account Manager you will be responsible for:
• Maintaining and building relationships with premium independent retailers and department stores.
• Identifying areas for business development and creating new accounts.
• Mentoring NAM and direct line management of NAE to aid in development and boost productivity.
• Ensuring the brands POS and merchandising is optimised effectively.
• Lead in the Execution of plans to establish the brand as the category leader.
• JBP management and P&L responsibility for the account.
• Negotiate budgets & work with Field Team to ensure that agreed productivity levels are achieved.
The successful applicant will have a background in Account Management, with examples of both building relationships and identifying areas for growth. You will have a background working with premium, well known or iconic brands, within either High End/Beauty or Luxury Goods. In addition you will be able to demonstrate an ability to manage projects, plans and self manage remotely.
