JOB PROFILE: Reports Co-Ordinator – Developer REPORTS TO: Reports & Applications Development Manager
Role Purpose Statement:
To produce, create and maintain reports to all levels of the business according to agreed timescales ensuring accuracy is maintained. To support the Sales Teams by providing information that enables them to plan and prepare for customer penetration and also future incentives. To actively monitor and improve current reporting documents as necessary and ensure thorough checking processes are in place and implemented on a continual basis. To support development team by assuming responsibility for as many adhoc requests and routine tasks as is practical to do so.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Running & issuing standard reports according to the agreed schedule, daily/weekly/monthly for all levels of the business
  • Creation and running of bespoke/adhoc reports inline with current sales initiatives
  • Supporting sales incentives from a reporting perspective e.g. communicating between the sales force or finance and involving the Sales Ops team
  • Supporting Sales Ops with activities/projects when required
  • Engaging with all levels of the business when required in order to understand their business needs and interpreting their requirements in to relevant reports
  • Work with development team to support general workloads and maintenance for the team as a whole
  • Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly set up and maintenance of automated server jobs
  • Will act as a point of contact for other teams when support is needed
  • Will act as holiday cover for main coordinator role, and for some developer support if needed during leave
  • Ability and flexibility to travel to other Brakes locations where required to support the needs of the wider team

Knowledge Skills, Experience
Essential:
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet short deadlines

  • Advanced knowledge of technical applications, specifically MS Excel
