Company:

Abra wholesale Ltd, a leading wholesaler and exporter in the FMCG sector based in London has been achieving exceptionally strong growth and won multiple industry awards for outstanding performance.  It requires a highly experienced and energetic Operations Director to lead from the front and take control of this dynamic and rewarding wholesale business. You will be promoted as the Managing Director in due course having proven your ability to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering results in line with the annual business plan and the five-year operating plan.
  • Delivering value to the investors, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders and adding value to the business.
  • Providing leadership across the organisation and effective management and development of the management team to ensure the business achieves its objectives.
  • Measuring and reporting performance against budgets and KPIs and fully accountable for it.
  • Managing a wide-ranging portfolio, informed by sound commercial knowledge and awareness.
  • Building the company’s Brand and Reputation both within and outside the organisation.
  • Responsible for the management and positive development of a range of strategic and operational relationships with external stakeholders.

    Attributes:

    The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Has previous experience as an Operations Director or held senior management roles within Food & Drink sector.
  • Natural leader who can inspire teams, someone who leads from the front taking control of this dynamic yet rewarding wholesale business
  • Strong commercial outlook with an entrepreneurial approach to sales development, delivering a fresh approach through strong leadership and deliver the company’s growth targets in line with our 5-year plan
  • Proven track record of achieving  growth and delivery of new initiatives
  • Enthusiastic and seeking a challenging yet rewarding role
