About the Role: 

In with the new!  As the Field Sales Manager, this role has been created to inspire a team of brand focussed beer ambassadors to develop fantastic relationships with bar owners, general managers and people who should be selling their award winning brands. 

You'll be working in a fantastic environment where there's plenty of fun to be had, pushing to get the best out of your people every day.

 

  • You will work with each individual member of your team to enhance their sales skills in traditional blue-chip FMCG style.
  • Setting of team strategy and KPI's and also working with the team to constantly improve.
  • You will be tasked to develop the team in order that they should be the natural candidates for promotion into national accounts or team management roles.
  • You'll be constantly looking at the structure of the calls and seeing where small, incremental improvements can be made every time.
  • Taking pride in the management and development of your team and making them best in class.

 

About You: 

You'll have a wealth of Field Sales Management experience to bring to the table and will be able to show you can do the following:

  • A passion for coaching and development of a team.
  • Come from a top-notch FMCG business with a structured man-management style.
  • Have the ability to work with people at varying levels.
  • Development of individual and team planning.
  • The ability to think on your feet and be open to change.
  • Demonstrable field sales management skills.
  • To be able to teach the selling process based on quality and brands.
  • Thorough, organised and structured - Strong planning and implementation skills.
  • Able to drive success through the team, whist constantly looking for improvement.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to manage your own budget.
  • Able to successfully manage upwards.
