We are looking for a Recruitment Director who can ‘cut the ice’, make things happen and wants to live our ‘personal touch’ recruitment service values, delivering our style of recruitment service ‘properly’ and ethically. We want to talk with you if you have the ambition to be a future leader, equity owner and board member who will help shape the business strategy. You will also have high earnings expectations. We offer a competitive basic, high commission, plus performance related bonus, business mileage, pension and 25 days annual holiday. 

Here’s what we’re looking for:

•    Dynamic, intelligent, high energy, personality, a sense of humour, with gravitas to influence at all levels.
•    Hard working, strong desire and committed attitude, also willing to go the extra mile to deliver assignment success and achieve substantial personal financial rewards.
•    Background in FMCG sales and marketing commercial management with a clear track record of successful client management and revenue performance. More importantly, with an appetite and ambition to work for yourself with the control and influence on your future earnings potential.
•    Passionate about managing recruitment to the highest standards and helping people develop their teams or individual career road map.
•    Living South/Midlands (highly flexible)
