We have a portfolio of high quality organic products across 5 key brands; Biona, Raw Health, Amisa, Profusion and Biofair. What started back in 1978 as a wholefood retail store and vegetarian restaurant has now grown into an impressive 30 million turnover business. This has been achieved through taking an innovative approach to the product ranges as well as understanding consumer trends. We believe in bringing healthy organic products to market! Through great tasting, ethical products, we have now become the number 1 organic food supplier in the UK - listed across the health food channel, high street accounts, online and grocery retail stores.

Due to increased demand for our brands, we are now looking to bring on board a National Account/Business Development Manager to further the growth and win new business with the top 6 grocery accounts. You will have immediate responsibility for managing Morrison's, Tesco and Waitrose amongst others! This is a newly created role and a rare and unique opportunity to continue and grow the success with current accounts and assist with the strategy for the growth into new channels.

Reporting into the Sales Director your main duties will include:

  • Increasing revenue whilst improving or at least maintaining margins
  • Increasing listings in existing supermarkets
  • Achieve listings in new target channels
  • Manage day to day relationships with our customers
  • Negotiate JBP with existing and new customers
  • P&L management for each account
  • Represent us at trade fairs

The ideal candidate will be in a National Account Manager, National Account Executive position within the FMCG sector. You will have minimum 2 years' experience of managing key retail or high street accounts and developing the strategic vision. A proven track record of developing new business is key. You will also be a passionate foodie with a keen interest in health and wellness or organic food
