As part of their strategy to maintain their market leading position and achieve their impressive growth targets they are strengthening the sales team with the addition of an experienced National Account Manager to work closely with the one of their major retail customers. With full P& L accountability for retail and foodservice accounts, you will be responsible for the delivery of KPI's, budgets and other demanding targets and to develop and deliver commercial proposals to the customer's buying teams.
You must have a proven record of achievement and relationship building in a customer facing food retail environment. You will need to be a strategic thinker and possess the commercial acumen and category management skills required to succeed in FMCG major account management. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills are essential as will be a track record of account management within a food category.
