Job Details

Our client is a rapidly growing manufacturer and supplier of high quality specialty branded and private label foods sourced from around the world. They are leaders in their category and have successfully achieved fantastic growth over the last decade growing from £1m to over £20m. Currently exporting to 65 different countries, they are looking for an exceptional Export Sales Manager who will manage and develop the Australian and European market!

Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Sales Director, you will be fully P&L responsible for managing a £12m+ portfolio across the Australian and European markets.
You will be responsible for developing and putting in place sales strategies necessary to achieving sales targets.
You will be identifying and developing potential new international markets.
You will work cross functionally with NPD, category, technical and the operations team.
Ideal Candidate:

A minimum 3 years’ experience working in the FMCG international market, ideally with Australia and Europe.
A proven track record of success in developing and growing international accounts.
Good numeracy skills, able to analyse data and grasp numbers.
Solid communication skills, able to communicate at all levels.
Good influencing skills, able to build strong relationships.
Lastly, an ambition and desire for success!
