Senior Client Manager

Our client is an FMCG insight consultancy who is looking for a Senior Client Manager to join the team. In this role you will be responsible for managing a high profile and important portfolio of clients in the FMCG sector. You will be working closely with these clients and providing a consultative approach in order to ensure their needs are being met through exceptional service, as well as identifying new commercial opportunities for the business.

To be successful in this role you must have strong account management skills and a good track record of retaining business, upselling and developing accounts. You will ideally have experience in the FMCG or retail sectors and have prior line management experience. You will need to be driven, motivated and be willing to contribute your own ideas to the team.
