We've expanded our impressive craft portfolio, with the recent addition of Brooklyn not to mention launching Swedish Pale Ale, Shed Head and craft cider brand, Bad Apple into the market. These sit alongside our premium world beers like San Miguel and Mahou from Spain and Poretti from Italy as well as our powerful Danish core brands; Carlsberg and Carlsberg Export.

Right now an exciting opportunity has arisen within our Customer Marketing department for a Customer Marketing Executive - World Craft and Speciality to join the team. The purpose of the role is to work closely with the Customer Marketing Manager and Category & Insight functions, using market & consumer insight to identify opportunities for CUK's World, Craft & Speciality brands within the Free Trade channel. You will become an ambassador for your categories and play a support role in key strategic projects including Commercial Planning and Innovation (Dispense & Brand).

What we are looking for in the successful candidate:

  • A keen interest in beer with demonstrable evidence
  • Commercial experience within a sales or marketing role (particularly with a craft or speciality beer focus)
  • Experience in On-Trade sales, licensed retail and/or marketing is beneficial in this role.
  • Self-motivated and happy to take the initiative with strong project and time management skills, keen attention to detail and a desire to "make things happen" at pace.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills - ability to communicate clearly and engage with a broad spectrum of contacts both internally and externally
  • Strong commercial acumen with keen interest in the On-Trade market, its key players and latest trends.
  • Comfortable with interpreting data to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.
  • Good listener with keen questioning skills, curiosity and enthusiasm for all and any feedback in quest for constant improvement
  • Collaborative mindset and approach
  • Keen to learn and develop within an exciting global business
  • IT literate - with demonstrable experience of both Microsoft and SAP
