My client is looking for an End to End Supply Chain Manager to come in at this exciting time and manage the global customer service, demand/supply forecasting and 3PL management, ensuring a smooth end-to-end supply process from manufacturing to the end customer.

The Supply Chain Manager is a newly created role supporting the international distribution processes to resolve issues in Customer service, Demand Planning, and Transportation.

As well as the aforementioned your responsibilities will include the following;
  • Ensure a smooth and faultless end to end supply chain process from production sites to customer and managing the reconciliation process with clients
  • Assisting in setting up Service Level Agreements with Clients
  • Acting as escalation point for complaint handling
  • Manage the process relating to New Product Introduction
  • Preparation and submission of detailed forecasts as well as budget and volumes based on historical data and sales insights from the market
  • Responsible for communication of sales forecasts and other data to production sites
  • Follow the transportation process from production to clients
  • Follow up logistic provider's services for various markets


The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
  • Degree educated or equivalent working experience
  • Previous experience in production, warehousing and distribution/end to end supply chain ideally from an FMCG environment
  • Relevant experience in a transport, logistics or sales operation role
  • Knowledge of the ordering process, knowledge of the delivery and payment terms;
  • Customer centric work ethic
  • Managing/working with international customers
  • Strong It skills including MS Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint - familiarity with ERP systems;
  • Excellent communication skills
