About the role:
Recent headcount expansion has made available a role for a Territory Manager, working in the North Midlands, North Wales and the Isle of Man, working across the independent toy retailers and a few toy buying groups.
The account make up on the area is predominantly toy shops and some garden centres, however, there is massive untapped potential to sell impulse/pocket money toys into gift shops, independent convenience stores and independent forecourts.
The Territory Manager’s main focus will be:
- Reporting to the Key Account Manager working across this channel.
- Daily/ weekly planning to efficiently cover the geographical area for this role.
- Building effective relationships to create orders from businesses.
Setting up follow up meetings with the accounts you have created.
From a field sales background and ideally with some level of experience working with independent stores, you’ll be able to immediately establish relationships and see where you can be a benefit to their customer base. You'll also have had some previous exposure to the toys and games sector. Their products will make it very easy to be passionate about what you’re selling!
