The role

This is an excellent opportunity to join PepsiCo in one of our growth areas. We are looking for someone with intellectual curiosity, who loves to utilise data to draw insights and define a strategic plan with those insights in mind. We are looking for dynamic individuals who have the natural ability to recognise a development area, address how we fix it and own the delivery against it. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do so the ability to truly listen to their needs is a must have skill! We are looking for people with great numeracy skills and the ability to apply a strategic lens to the work they are doing.


More specifics on this role:

  • Develop, own and manage the full PepsiCo UK agenda across four channels; QSR, Coffee Shops, Licensed and Travel
  • Build a strategic agenda with all key accounts incorporating Multi Year JBPs with the aim of growing our core business and expanding our brand footprint.
  • Help lead cross functional agenda to deliver On Premise tailored innovation, with a special focus on our juice and grains business areas
  • Work with European and US support centres to accelerate growth in Global accounts (McDonald's, YUM! and Subway) as well as share best practise.


This role sits within our Impulse team and is a really interesting position. Your skill set will be similar to that of other controller positions. However, the key difference with this role vs a Grocery customer (for example) is that this role spans across four channels, rather than specific customers. It lends itself very well to someone with high prioritisation as your time will be split across people management, account management, channel management and planning. The nature of these channels mean you can be really innovative and have a lot of fun with them.
