This is a rare opportunity for a strategic people manager, to join an exceptional organisation, who is part of a world famous group.

THE ROLE: As Head of Sales, you be responsible for managing, developing and motivating a team of 10 National Account Managers. With turnover close to £10 million, this role is of crucial importance to the organisation. You will have operational and strategic responsibility and be expected to increase turnover and profit and further strengthen their position in the market.

THE PERSON: This role, will suit a high performing people manager, who has a demonstrable track record of managing, recruiting and developing sales talent. It would be advantageous if you could had experience managing within a service sales environment, however, strong people managers from other b2b sales sectors are also encouraged to apply.

THE PACKAGE FOR HEAD OF SALES:
  • Basic: £45,000 - £55,000
