Business Development Manager
BDM - To grow and develop an existing account based across West Yorkshire, Sheffield and Hull.
Our client is a Spirits based business who are dynamic and growing in the On Trade. They are looking for a talented BDM to join their successful large team. To grow and develop an existing account based across West Yorkshire, Sheffield and Hull.
- Manage existing accounts, optimizing opportunities and delivering an exceptional service
- Ensure future business through constant and complete prospecting within the sales area
- Work with strategic wholesalers/sales teams to drive incremental sales
- Optimize product visibility on the shelves and support with POS material
- Organise and facilitate staff training on all brands within key strategic On Trade venues.
- staff training sessions to be carried out per month
- Team player with good negotiation skills and well organised
- Strong personality with commercial acumen
- Results driven, customer focused with strong inter-personal skills
- Experience in the on trade with a passion for the Sector
- Proven sales experience
