Ritter Sport UK Ltd is part of the c.€500 million Ritter Sport group who have a brand presence in over 100 countries worldwide. Since going live in July 2015 they have quickly established an extensive customer base across all key customer channels, Nielsen numbers continue to go from strength to strength and the brands social media following is growing fast.
Current share of trade is small but the business is growing fast, winning in an arena dominated by some of the biggest FMCG companies in the world, with a fraction of their resources is very rewarding but also highly demanding, so an exceptional candidate is needed to help achieve their long term vision for the UK.
Detailed Job Description
Heading up the Sales function with a high degree of autonomy, directing, motivating and inspiring a team of three NAM's, devising and executing effective channel and customer business plans across all channels that successfully coexist and deliver or exceed defined commercial objectives, effective utilization of category and consumer data to provide insight, shape channel and account plans and achieve commercial objectives, effective utilization and development of fiscal and investment mechanisms, controls and reporting to ensure optimal return and commercial delivery, effective liaison with the UK Brand Manager to optimize brand investments in order to secure commercial objectives, effective liaison with the UK Operations team to ensure efficiencies in stock management and customer service levels are met or exceeded, effective liaison with the UK MD on short, medium and long term commercial and strategic planning.
