Senior Brand Manager

Hovis is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our team.

Are you creative and love working in a foodie environment?

Are you looking for an amazing brand and an inspiring team? Then Hovis is the company for you!

Hovis is one of the UK’s best-loved food brands, worth over £400m in retail sales, with 95% household penetration. And with market-leading brands like Hovis Wholemeal, Hovis Granary and Hovis Seed Sensations, it is easy to see why the Hovis brand is the number 1 or number 2 in every sub category in bread.

But whilst we are a big brand, we have a small company ethos. We work as one team and are straight forward, courageous, inventive and driven in everything we do, putting the consumer at the heart of our decisions; we also have fun along the way.

We are looking for a bright, ambitious and entrepreneurial marketer with a passion for transforming Brands and inspiring strategic change to achieve our brand ambition.

You will have the opportunity to lead agencies and broad cross-functional teams to drive projects and campaigns that deliver inspiring marketing activity with outstanding results for the Hovis brand.

You will report to the Head of Brand and will work with them to create the medium to long term brand plans based on consumer, customer, and shopper insight. You will be responsible for managing a team of Brand Managers to execute the short to medium term plan.
