Trade Marketing and Insight Manager

We are working with a leading soft fruit producer that have an exciting new role within their company. They are looking for a new Trade Marketing & Insight Manager to head up their Juice and Ice Cream section. As Manager you would be responsible for providing accurate market insight across functional departments with the end result to be the increase of sales, improvement of NPD propositions and profit delivery.

The Role

As a Trade Marketing and Insight Manager you would be responsible for:
Keeping up to date records of market insights (Kantar etc), whilst also highlighting trends and opportunities to the company.
Managing trade marketing of any product launch process.
Working cross functionally with other citrus categories and closely with the marketing role.

The Candidate

To be successful in this role you will have experience in the chilled FMCG category coupled with experience in Marketing and Data Analysis.
Being confident and credible giving regular presentations around data and marketing figures.
Able to identify specific barriers to progress and remove these, identifying areas for change whilst inspiring and managing a team successfully.
