The Role: This Business Development Manager role will see you selling a range of branded hair care products into professional salons in the South Birmingham area. You will be required to win new accounts whilst retaining and developing the existing business, dealing with salon owners, managers and senior stylists.

The Company: A major played in the hair care market, our client is looking for a business development manager to implement their plans to grow the Company. With excellent opportunities to progress in to more senior level roles this is a great time to be joining them. They have over forty years of industry expertise and offer a superb uncapped commission scheme which sees their top earner enjoy more than £70k per annum!

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Good sales experience
  • You may come from a field or internal sales background
  • Hairdressers or graduates looking to break into sales are also welcome to apply
  • Competitive sales people who want to earn lots of commission!
