Navson is a mid sized FMCG company with large ambition’s looking to recruit an exceptional individual, to manage the sales function across all channels, and to oversee the growth of the company’s turnover.
Currently the business is focused on wholesale / cash and carry channel but with the vision to enter into the foodservice channel as well as end user channels, such as Horeca, Schools, Hospitals, Travel and Contract Catering etc.
To be considered for this exciting role, you must be an experienced Sales Manager/Director for a mid to large sized FMCG company. Previous channel exposure into any of the above sectors is important as well as your people management skills.
We are looking for a driven individual who will help take the company to its next level of success. Strong leadership skills are an essential, not only to manage the current sales team, but also to implement growth strategies for the company.
The role will involve substantial travel nationally, plus occasional international travels as well.
Candidates must ideally be in West London, Surrey, Middlesex, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Essex, Hampshire, and West Sussex
Basic – £60k-£70k
Bonus – 15%
