National Account Manager - Convenience
My Client is a major leading FMCG food manufacturer with a truly global footprint. They are a highly successful, well respected business who genuinely nurture and empower their employees.
They are looking for a National Account Manager – Convenience, to join their successful team. If you are an NAE with a passion and drive to increase your knowledge of the convenience sector, or a NAM with some experience in convenience, this role will certainly stretch and empower you!
To win in the market by delivering the sales plan within the customer, aligned to the commercial strategy through a collaborative approach with the customer.
Manage stakeholder groups within Customer.
Supporting Sales team lead in budget management and responsible for Customer forecasting
Creating integrated plans that deliver the strategy.
Accountable for Customer performance, Ensuring JBP is a working document bought into by all stakeholders and reflects and achieves sales, profit & strategic objectives
Responsible for expert knowledge of the customer, its competitors and the retail market they operate in.
Creation and maintenance of Customer Business Plans (JBP’s).
Responsible for delivering accurate forecast working with demand planning.
Key communication flow to factory operation on key activities (e.g. product launches, promotions, customer activities).
- Educated to Degree Level or equivalent.
- 2-3 years minimum experience working within a recognised FMCG business
- National Account Management experience, ideally within the Convenience sector
- JBP experience
- P&L experience
- Ability to commercialise opportunities and risks.
- Confident and articulate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
