We act as trusted business partners to key stakeholders and drive clarity on growth opportunities, using analytical insights and trends that maximise PepsiCo odds of success. We now offer the unique opportunity to join our WESA (West EU & S.Africa) region Insights Team, leading the Insights agenda for our UK Pepsico Beverages Franchise Team.



Your passion will be understanding and championing analytics. Curious, you will strive for rich insight into business performance/drivers, strategic growth plans, advanced analytics and brand equity tracking/demand spaces. You'll have the ability to engage with key senior stakeholders to effectively influence business decisions, yet be happy to get hands on and gather/analyse insights data.



Role Profile:

Reporting into the Senior Insights Analytics Manager, you will lead UK insights for our Beverage Franchise Team and manage key relationships with senior Britvic stakeholders. Our role supports our wider WESA region when required.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead systemization of market share & marketing activity performance and drivers tear down analysis, bring focus to performance metrics and clarity on cause of change/drivers
  • Conduct category, portfolio, competitor, channel, customer, consumer, shopper analysis, synthesising key learnings to drive growth
  • Identify and track key trends impacting our current/future business performance/demand drivers
  • Drive efficient media investment planning by deploying econometric modelling learnings
  • Leverage good working knowledge of Brand Health/Equity Tracking to input constructively into discussions and recommendations regarding Brand Equity
  • Lead the engagement of the Pepsico insights agenda with critical stakeholders at Britvic, including Britvic Insights (Brand & Market), Category Management and Marketing

Essential:

 

 

 

 

 

  • Strong analytical skills, able to synthesise and integrate learning from multiple sources and see the connections in data, trends and events
  • Ability to combine data, judgement and experience to make effective decisions in complex situations and when there is uncertainty or ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to clearly distil complex data and communicate/influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong drive for results, a proven self-starter who thrives on a broad remit and the opportunity to make a real impact


Desirable:

 

  • Experience of working with categories/brands that operate in the out of home leisure environment (pubs/bars/restaurants etc) e.g. soft drinks, beer, alcohol
  • Experience of Market Mix Modelling and in particular digital marketing effectiveness
  • Good knowledge of Consumer Insights principles, especially equity tracking, innovation testing and Demand Spaces deployment
