Job Description;



In PepsiCo Nordics we are now looking for a Commercial Activation Manager for our fast growing Social Beverages business in Sweden.



In this role you will work with strong brands like Pepsi Max, Mountain Dew, 7UP and Gatorade. You will support the Commercial Manager with the Swedish Social Beverages business and the relationship with our bottler and distributor. Commercial accountabilities include general business planning, performance tracking and commercial innovation project lead. You will also lead the management of SoMe, follow up Media plans and ensure flawless execution of in store activation (BTL) through strong alignment and day-to-day cooperation with our partners and our Marketing Managers.



In this role you will be located in our office in Copenhagen.





Key responsibilities:

  • Lead own marketing activation agenda and commercial projects, with full responsibility and assigned budget together with Carlsberg Sweden and distributor.
  • Actively contribute to business planning driven by analytical skills. General support to the Commercial Manager including annual operating plan development, strategic planning as well as bottler business review preparation.
  • Develop and maintain performance management tracking (Nielsen Answers & Kampanjdata.se).
  • Coordinate adaptation of global marketing ammunition into excellent and relevant local Below- and Above the line(BTL & ATL) activation together with Marketing Managers in Social Beverages.
  • Lead and manage Social Media through channels like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat etc.
  • Take ownership of external BTL agenda and secure flawless execution of events and in store activation plans through daily interaction and alignment with bottler.
  • Be prime mover in our systems of local packaging/commercial innovation projects
  • Independently lead budget




Job requirements;



Professional experience/skills;

  • Minimum 3 years FMCG experience, preferably within a top 5 player with branded products
  • Sales & Marketing capabilities
  • Understanding of the Nordic retail environment and preferably Swedish market
  • Experience of working with BTL/POS execution
  • Analytical skills - ability to analyze complex situations and data
  • Good commercial skills and business acumen
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in Nielsen/Gfk retail/consumer tracking
  • Fluency in English and preferably one of the Nordic languages (DK/NO/SE)
  • Excellent time and project management skills
