A unique opportunity for an ambitious, well established Head of Sales has arisen to join an incredibly successful family run operation based in the Manchester area. Due to continued growth year on year we are looking for an individual to drive the ambitious revenue growth, with a proven track record in leading a successful operation.



Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a planned business development strategy
  • Develop the current internal team
  • Build and manage an external field team
  • Provide leadership and management to existing managers
  • Managing high level client relationships
  • CRM Management - Develop and monitor KPI's and maximise database potential
  • Full P & L commercial responsibility
  • Interact with key stakeholders across the business
  • Experience of completing tenders and delivering high value client pitches is essential, both planned and at short notice

    • Proven ability in converting and developing national accounts, standard accounts and telemarketing opportunities

    Job Offer

    Between £55k and £70k depending on experience.
