Business Development Manager - Facilities Management Services - £40-50k + 10% + Car

The Role: With a new business bias, the successful Business Development Manager will be targeting the end user space in both public and private sectors. Your role involves talking to finance directors, CEOs and heads of facilities management, setting up tenders and seven figure contracts with them. With great referrals for new business coming your way, the new business development manager will also be required to utilise their own networking capabilities.

The Company: This market leading organisation enjoys a £200 million sales turnover and is now recruiting an additional Business Development Manager as they start a new division. They offer a range of outsourced hard and soft facilities management services and count some of the UKS most prestigious organisations amongst their highly satisfied customer base.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales skills
  • You will come from a contractual big ticket sales background
  • A significant track record of selling to the end user space in a tender-based role with long sales cycles
  • Driven candidates with gravitas and excellent networking skills
