Opportunity to work for a market leading Foodservice brand in 2017


THE ROLE:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established market leading manufacturer within the Foodservice sector.
This is a varied and exciting position with a predominant focus to look after sales of our flagship brand into the major foodservice wholesale partners.
You will be responsible for all commercial activity at buyer level including establishing listings, implementing promotions and all pricing.
You will also be managing the development of an up and coming brand in the UK, already well established within Europe, to the UK Foodservice sector.
This will involve developing relationships with major end user chains across Pub Groups, Coffee Shops, QSR and Restaurant sectors.
The potential of this brand is huge, so the overall opportunity presents a rare combination of working with an existing brand and maintaining wholesale led relationships in addition to commercial Foodservice end user work with a developing brand.


THE COMPANY:
We are a market leading manufacturer of dairy products to both the Foodservice and Retail sectors.
Our products are manufactured in Europe but distributed worldwide and including dairy beverages and desserts products.
We have a strong presence across the UK and have several brands which are widely recognised and household names, which are also market leaders in their field.
Despite a strong retail presence, over 60% of our UK turnover is into the Out of Home sector and it is this area of Foodservice that we are seeking to demonstrate extensive growth across, in 2017.
We are a dynamic and progressive employer with significant plans to further develop our presence within the UK Foodservice sector.
In addition to further expansion of existing lines, we have further exciting European brands we will be launching within UK market sectors in 2017.


THE APPLICANT:
The successful candidate must have a proven track record of business development within the UK Foodservice sector.
• Candidates must have experience at working with National Foodservice end user clients at buyer level.
• Candidates with experience selling into Foodservice wholesale and distribution on behalf of a manufacturer will also be of interest.
• We would also welcome applications from National Accounts Managers within Foodservice wholesale, seeking to develop their career with a Foodservice manufacturer.
• Candidates with experience winning business with National and Regional Pub, Restaurant, Contract Catering and Coffee shop clients will be of significant interest.
• Candidates must be target driven, structured individuals, with the ability to network and develop new business at National Accounts Level.
