Nielsen is actively recruiting for a Digital Ad Effectiveness Director in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising or media with both a commercial and a research background. The role involves driving our Digital Ad Effectiveness portfolio with focus on Digital Ad Ratings. Key clients include key advertisers such as Colgate, Kellogg���s, Panasonic and Ferrero among others.

We are keen to recruit a self-starter who knows how to manage a sales pipeline and most importantly generate leads with advertiser clients.

The Role
��� Driving revenue growth for Nielsen���s digital portfolio with focus on DAR
��� Finding new opportunities across clients, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders from different teams
��� Responsible for building, maintaining and growing client relationships
��� Ensuring the projects are delivered in alignment with client expectations
��� Helping build and develop integration opportunities with other parts of the Nielsen portfolio of products, both proactively and at the request of clients
��� Build meaningful and lasting relationships with individuals amongst our clients
��� Leading on new business activity / proposals and sharing client knowledge with wider team.


To Be Successful In This Position You Will Need
��� Strong experience of leading on commercial matters
��� To be a self-starter who is keen to learn
��� Ability to tell a story with data
��� Good knowledge and understanding of advertising and media
��� A genuine passion and curiosity for research, with an understanding of how data works
��� Able to analyse data understand implications in a way that is compelling for clients
��� Exceptional presentation skills and an ability to lead a discussion with senior clients
��� Be good at building relationships
��� To be literate and proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
��� Strong verbal and written communication

Location: London, GB with 10% of international travel.
