REGIONAL SALES CONTROLLER
Purity Brewing Co., a fast -growing regional craft brewer with a national reputation and great brands has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Regional Sales Controller to join the company and manage their team of Regional Sales Managers. This is a new and high profile role.
The role:
- Develop and drive trade across all channels, though main focus on the Independent Free Trade
- Build strong relationships with current and prospective customers to drive sales
- Coach and manage a motivated field sales team
- Brand build across a range of owned and third party products
- To network within the drinks industry for potential new business
Candidate criteria:
- A passion for sales with ideally in excess of five years experience in the drinks industry
- A thorough understanding of the On Trade and multiple On Trade Groups
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Customer focused with the ability to build strong relationships
- Love of beer and all things On Trade
- Hard working and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Some weekend and evening work
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as being part of a team
- Confident, reliable and responsible
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
