The role is to take over all marketing functions for the business including both offline and online channels. You will need to drive the marketing strategy and think long term about how to properly grow the brands presence. There is innovative NPD ongoing with the business, and you will have to take new products to market, think creatively about the product development whilst having your focus on the core product line. The brand is already in some large retailers, but you will be helping to take it into some of the other established retailers.

This is a close-knit company so you will have to be enthusiastic, personable and able to get stuck in with your role. The team is small currently so you will need to be hands on with your marketing, but with the aggressive growth strategy this role will in the coming years develop to focus around strategy. Given the size of the business you will need to have previous experience working with children’s products so you can hit the ground running.
