The Business        

The company is a large but relatively unknown organisation which operates on a B2B level with some more visible brands in the HORECA sector. Historically rather operations-led, they are now looking to move to a more commercially-driven approach to their market, and are seeking to recruit an individual who has had some FMCG experience in account management within the sector to make this happen.

The Role

This position is one in which the product may not be familiar, but in which the commercial principles remain the same. Negotiation and commercial presentation, data manipulation and relationship management will all play a part in your success. You will need to be experienced in managing top-end hospitality relationships in your current or previous role, and will have a lot of commercial insight to bring to this role. 

The Person

A knowledge of the supply chain into the hospitality industry from your time spent in a blue chip organisation will be of benefit to your application; and you will have benefitted from excellent training and development in your current position. You will now be looking to change tack in your career: perhaps the branded environment is getting somewhat one-dimensional for you. You will be ready to take the things you have learned and apply them to a new and challenging environment.
