The Role will encompass a range of responsibilities, including Account Management and Business Development, managing direct reports, growing margin, and using data you have familiarised yourself with to tell a story to the customer. You will be building relationships and acting as a spearhead for internal and external stakeholders, and will have a professional approach appropriate to the account you will be working on.
You will have demonstrable experience of successful leadership within the FMCG industry, preferably within non-food and the C&I or grocery channels. You will thrive under intense pressure. You will have become used to this mentality and way of working from your time as a SNAM, and will be ready for the next logical step in your career. You must be able to tell a compelling story of your work history, and will have been promoted within in large or blue chip organisations before.
