Shopper Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop ‘Best in Class’ Impulse Shopper campaigns in line with the brand priorities and customer’s agendas in conjunction with the Head of Shopper & Sales teams.
- Drive the Shopper Marketing plan for key Impulse Customers in line with business priorities to successfully catch, connect and convert the target shopper along their path to purchase.
- Work closely with Grocery Shopper Marketing Manager to understand the Display strategy/process to ensure all Impulse displays are effectively supplied on time and in line with customer requirements.
- Activate Impulse displays in line with the Perfect Store Display strategy, Brand priorities and Customer’s agendas in conjunction with the Head of Shopper, Brand teams, Creative agencies and Display and POS suppliers.
- Create, Sell, Communicate and operationalise the Impulse plan bringing it to life in a simple and compelling way that inspires the customer to execute the shopper activity effectively in-store.
- Be responsible for the internal communication strategy of proactively informing the business of upcoming Shopper & Display activity as well as showcasing the tangible results post activity.
- Communicate campaign successes/key issues through thorough post evaluations by effectively interpreting all available category and shopper data turning it into insight, with a clear set of prioritised Impulse Shopper opportunities which are differentiated and best suited for the channel.

- Proactive/Self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple projects.

- Mobile – extensive UK travel.
