Shopper & Customer Marketing Manager

Due to expansion in the UK, we are looking for a talented Shopper & Customer Marketing Manager to join the team of this fast growing consumer goods business.

The role is a new position which will see you establishing the Shopper Marketing function for a business that operates a number of challenger brands across various categories.

The key responsibilities will be to:

• Develop a shopper marketing strategy based on insight
• Work with commercial teams to ensure alignment of shopper plans with JBPs
• Establish who the key customer is by brand and by channel and develop a shopper strategy that engages with them
• Track effectiveness of plans to ensure continuous ROI
• Lead and develop a shopper marketing executive

To apply for this role, you should display the following:

• Shopper marketing experience
• Experience of working with FMCG products
• Experience of working with leading UK retailers
• People management experience would be beneficial
