Business Development Executive
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - Home Counties
It is often said that working for our client is more than just a job. Offering an innovative, fast moving and fun environment, this role is all about developing the in-store proposition within a wide variety of retail partners.
Managing a defined region, you will take responsibility for the fixture, maximising brand availability and gaining new space and opportunity for the core brands. You will need to be great with people and a strong communicator, as the key to your success will be to develop excellent working relationships at all levels in store, leveraging those relationships with sound commercial advice and recommendations. You will be given the freedom and autonomy to get on with things, whilst at the same time giving you all the support you need to excel in your role.
Ideally you will have a minimum of two years field sales or retail experience, preferably in the toy sector. As you would expect, working with leading brands you will require a high level of professionalism and tenacity and be looking to develop your skills to the highest level.
