Job Details
Due to growth and investment within this channel a global, dynamic and creative soft drinks business seeks Category Manager to manage the OOH/Leisure accounts.

This individual will be responsible for leading the development of category plan and leading the strategy across their customer base including accounts such as Mitchel & Butlers, Carlsberg, Leisure and Dining channels.
The role:
- Delivering category leadership to customers so that the business becomes renowned for creating and implementing the best solutions which drive profitable growth in their market share.
- Set the 3 year vision and strategy
- Develop category selling stories and tailor them to your customer base
- Build strong customer relationships
- Management of the allocated category development budget
The Candidate
- You will have proven category management, commercial planning or national accounts experience.
- To be successful you will be both highly analytical and persuasively insightful in order to influence the category agenda. A forward thinking, flexible attitude is vital and you must have the drive and resilience to succeed. cross functional team working therefore the ability to successfully develop and maintain relationships by adopting a collaborative working style is crucial. Creating a clear category argument is your primary objective.
- You will have progressed within an FMCG business, preferably with classical training. You will have a depth of understanding in category management and an ability to apply this into winning commercial strategies.
